How buying from Stêrk Project works. It is short on purpose — there is nothing buried in here.
Paying
Everything is cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you, and nothing is taken before that. We never ask for card or bank details, and this website has no way to accept them.
Prices are in Iraqi dinar and include delivery. A price can change, but never after you have placed an order — what you saw at checkout is what you pay.
The call before we send
We ring you to confirm every order before it goes out. That is when we tell you when to expect it — delivery times differ by governorate, so we would rather say something true on the phone than print a number here we cannot always keep.
If we cannot reach you on the number you gave us, the order waits until we can.
If the delivery does not happen
If the courier arrives and nobody is there, or you decide at the door that you do not want it, the order is cancelled. You are not charged anything, because you never paid anything — but you would need to order again if you change your mind later.
Exchanges
If the size is wrong, we will exchange it for another size, as long as the shirt is unworn, unwashed and still in the condition it arrived in. Message us and we will arrange it.
We do not give refunds, and we cannot exchange a shirt that has been worn or washed. We are a small shop and every shirt is made in a small run — if you are unsure which size to order, message us before you buy and we will help you choose.
If we send you the wrong shirt, or it arrives faulty, that is our mistake and we will put it right. Message us with a photo.
The first-order discount
New customers get 10% off their first order. It applies once per person — we go by the phone number the order is placed with, so a second order from the same number is at the normal price even if it is made from a new account.
Your account
You do not need an account to buy anything. If you make one, it is there so you can see your own past orders and have the checkout remember your details. Keep your password to yourself; anyone holding it can see your order history.
